Collection: Weekend Offender

The two founders of Weekend Offender – Sam Jones and Rhydian Powell – hail from the small Welsh town of Merthyr near Cardiff. As part of the Cardiff City Firm, they grew up in the casual and rave culture of the 90s and were inspired by it for their joint project. It's quickly apparent that the guys didn't always fully adhere to the law when it came to football matches: The Weekend Offender logo is a modified emblem of "Her Majesty's Prison Service" – the highest prison authority in England and Wales. It goes without saying that this logo can be found on almost all of their products, primarily the popular Prison T-shirt.

Prison T-Shirt and City Series

In recent years, a real hype has developed around the classic logo, culminating in the launch of the "City Series Collection." Instead of Weekend Offender, the name of a city or region was now emblazoned on the T-shirts and sweatshirts. Whether Weekend Offender Berlin, London, Manchester, Rome, Frankfurt, or Melbourne - "weekend chaos" lives everywhere. Because Weekend Offender is also enjoying increasing popularity outside of Europe. From Russia to Indonesia to Australia - the Prison T-shirt has become an integral part of many corners. In Germany, many will still remember the two collaborations with the Berlin label Dreierhopp. In a short space of time, two T-shirts and the "Te-Damm" jacket were created.

Another classic is the Suarez Jacket with its throat patch. It was once worn by Liam Gallagher at one of his concerts and became famous almost overnight. Later, the same model was reissued as a limited edition and sold out within minutes.

Weekend Offender – Ru(i)nning the neighborhood

Whether a homage to a good night out, a sideswipe at the state authorities, or a glimpse into the “good old days” of football: the motifs on the T-shirts are and remain Weekend Offender’s speciality.
